Service Description

(English follows) 保護犬たちと同じ空間で、思い思いの時間を過ごせる体験型プログラムです。 Paw-workingは、Paw（肉球）＋Co-workingを組み合わせたBuddies独自の取り組み。獣医師が運営・監修する安心な環境の中で、作業や読書、リラックスタイムなど、自由な過ごし方を保護犬たちとお楽しみいただけます。仲良くなるためのおやつや、ふれあい方をまとめたミニテキストなどもご用意していますので、初めての方でも安心してご参加いただけます。犬と過ごす時間は、ストレス軽減やウェルビーイングの向上にもつながることが報告されています。また、ご参加費の一部は、保護犬のケアや新たなレスキュー活動に活用されます。ご自身のペースで、ゆったりとお過ごしください。本プログラムは1時間単位でご利用いただけます。 2時間以上ご利用の場合は、連続した枠の事前予約、または当日の空き状況に応じて延長も可能です。 ※ お子さま同伴について・大人と同一料金となります（3歳以下無料）・安全のため、必ず保護者の方が目を離さず見守りをお願いいたします Paw-working is an experiential program where you can spend time freely in the calm presence of rescue dogs. Created by Buddies and supervised by a veterinarian, Paw-working combines Paw + Co-working to provide a safe and comfortable environment for working, reading, relaxing, or simply enjoying the moment with rescue dogs. Treats for bonding and a short guide on how to interact with the dogs are provided at the venue, so first-time guests can join with confidence. Spending time around dogs has been associated with reduced stress and improved well-being. A portion of the participation fee also supports the care and rescue of dogs in need. Enjoy your time at your own pace. Sessions are available in 1-hour increments. For stays longer than one hour, please reserve consecutive slots in advance, or extensions may be available on-site depending on availability. * Children Policy - The same rate applies regardless of age (free for children under 3) - For safety reasons, children must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times

【１】ご予約・キャンセルについて・予約の変更・キャンセルは前日までにお願いいたします。・当日の変更は日程変更のみ承ります。・LINEチャット（@buddies_life）またはメール（info@buddies.life）よりご連絡ください。【２】臨時休業・内容変更について保護犬の体調管理や安全確保のため、やむを得ず臨時休業や開催内容を変更させていただく場合がございます。その際は速やかにご連絡のうえ、日程変更または返金にて対応いたします。【３】ご利用にあたってのお願い本プログラムでは安全管理に十分配慮しておりますが、動物とのふれあいの特性上、予期せぬ接触や軽微な傷等が生じる可能性があります。ご参加にあたっては、これらのリスクについてあらかじめご理解・ご了承のうえご利用くださいますようお願いいたします。【４】ご来場前のお願い犬たちの健康と安全のため、以下へのご配慮をお願いいたします。・強い香りの香水、柔軟剤、フレグランス等のご使用はお控えください・ミノキシジルを含む育毛シャンプーや発毛剤をご使用中の方は、犬の健康への影響が報告されているため、安全管理の観点からご参加をお控えいただいております皆さまのご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。【５】お子さま同伴について・年齢にかかわらず同一料金となります（3歳以下無料）・安全のため、必ず保護者の方が目を離さず見守りをお願いいたします ---- 【1】Reservations & Cancellations • Please make any reservation changes or cancellations at least one day in advance. • Same-day requests are accepted for rescheduling only. • Contact us via LINE (@buddies_life) or email (info@buddies.life). 【2】Temporary Closure or Program Changes For the health management and safety of the rescue dogs, we may occasionally need to close or modify sessions. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and offer rescheduling or a full refund. 【3】Assumption of Risk While we take every precaution to ensure safety, interactions with animals carry inherent risks, including unexpected contact or minor scratches. By participating, guests acknowledge and accept these risks. 【4】Pre-Visit Request For the health and safety of the dogs, we kindly ask for your cooperation: • Please avoid wearing strong fragrances (perfume, heavily scented fabric softeners, room fragrances, etc.) • Guests currently using minoxidil-containing hair-growth products (including certain medicated shampoos or topical treatments) are asked to refrain from participating, as potential health risks to dogs have been reported Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 【5】Children Policy • The same rate applies regardless of age (free for children under 3) • For safety reasons, children must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
