Dogs have an extremely sensitive sense of smell, and even mild scents can cause stress or physical symptoms such as coughing or vomiting.

Certain fragrance ingredients may also place strain on the liver or respiratory system.

Please avoid using any scented products on the day of your visit.

🧴 Use of hair growth products containing minoxidil
 

Minoxidil is highly toxic to dogs and cats. Even trace amounts—through indirect contact via skin—have been linked to poisoning and fatal outcomes.

There have been documented cases of dogs dying after sleeping on a pillow used by someone who had applied a minoxidil-based shampoo, or after licking their owner’s hand.

 

For this reason, we must respectfully decline entry to individuals currently using minoxidil-containing products.​
 

🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling
As for Paw-working services, cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling is possible until the day of the event.
