Dogs have an extremely sensitive sense of smell, and even mild scents can cause stress or physical symptoms such as coughing or vomiting.

Certain fragrance ingredients may also place strain on the liver or respiratory system.

Please avoid using any scented products on the day of your visit.

🧴 Use of hair growth products containing minoxidil
 

Minoxidil is highly toxic to dogs and cats. Even trace amounts—through indirect contact via skin—have been linked to poisoning and fatal outcomes.

There have been documented cases of dogs dying after sleeping on a pillow used by someone who had applied a minoxidil-based shampoo, or after licking their owner’s hand.

 

For this reason, we must respectfully decline entry to individuals currently using minoxidil-containing products.​
 

🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are accepted until 11:59 PM, 7 days before your reservation.
Rescheduling is available up to the same day, subject to availability.

 

Doga & Other Events
Cancellations are accepted until 11:59 PM, 14 days before the event.
Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable.

* For cancellations requested by the customer, the refund will be issued minus any payment processing fees and other actual costs incurred for the refund.

If an event is cancelled by Buddies, a full refund will be provided.
