我が家にも2年前に保護犬がやってきました。毎朝一緒に瞑想からスタートしてます。 (彼女は寝る瞑想w)

What is important at "Parents & Kids Doga" is not the perfect posing, but relationships. 

We cannot avoid relationships with everything as long as we live. 

Through Doga, we will be aware of the relationships with kids, parents, dogs, and the people around us.

Let's spend special moments with your family and rescue dogs! 

I also adopted a dog two years ago. We start every morning with meditation together. (She is doing a sleeping meditation)
